I’m Eka, Master Integrative Therapist and DreamWeaver.

I’ve helped thousands of people heal body, mind and spirit.

I call myself a DreamWeaver because I believe:

We all have dreams and desires for a life
that could be more fulfilling and satisfying.

That would make us feel rich, inside and out.

I call myself a DreamWeaver because I realized early on that every choice I’ve ever made took my life in a certain direction:

Towards or away from what I wanted.

Every moment.

Every choice.

The moment I took control of my choices was the moment my life started to change—for the better.

I didn’t know that was a life changing moment.

I only knew that in this very moment it felt better to choose something that made me feel better.

More empowered. More joyful. More free.

It worked miracles in my life in a very short time.

Believe it or not—it’s easy.

And I want to share it with you.

I became a massage therapist in 1984 and it gave me a direct, hands-on way of working with body, mind and spirit. My abundant path has grown from table work to dolphin-assisted therapy and sweat lodges to hospital–based in-patient programs.

I’ve served as President of the American Massage Therapy Association, Virginia Chapter, developed and managed a hospital-based integrative therapies program for Valley Health, and have helped hundreds of people discover their innate abilities as healers.

As a founding member of Royal Reiki, I continue to support the Reiki community in our area. I’ve volunteered with the Front Royal Women’s Resource Center for over 20 years and currently serve as the host of their Facebook Live monthly WomanGatherings.

I’m also a Martha Beck certified WayFinder Life Coach and Upledger Institute certified Cranio-Sacral Therapist.

I love helping people weave their dreams into reality, whether it’s for relieving pain, finding their truth or becoming the person they are truly meant to be.
